This item takes 3-5 days to make IF the item is not backordered, in that case I will let you know. Then it can take up to three days to get to you. I mail out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 

RETURNS: on customs orders I do no accept returns UNLESS I'm at fault or the product is bad, NOT because it was dropped and broken or owners fault. BUT I will work with you to fix the problem.
